What is your return policy for opened products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used polishes, gels, or liquids. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Are your gel polishes compatible with other brands' LED/UV lamps?
Most of our gel products are universal and work with standard 36W or higher LED/UV lamps. For the best results and longevity, we recommend using the specific lamp power suggested on the product page.
